Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days 

 

Express Shipping:  1 to 2 business days

 

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders: 

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at admin@scarbswa.com.au  within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
